The utility billing department is responsible for the billing of water and sewer service to approximately 1,800 homes and commercial properties in the City of Zimmerman.  The utility billing phone number is 763-856-4666 ext. 1023 for all billing inquires and moving related information.  This utility number has an answering machine available for after hours phone calls and messages. 

Water meters are read by City staff on the 25th of each month or as soon as possible thereafter.  Bills are mailed out on the 30th of each month and are due on the 15th of the next month.  Any payments not received by the due date will result in a 12% late payment penalty.  Any accounts that become delinquent are certified to the County for collection with the property taxes.

Automatic Debit:  Download this form, complete and submit to City Hall to have your bill automatically paid from your bank account on the due date of the bill.

Drop Box:  Residents are encouraged to save postage by using our drive-up payment drop box located on the east side of Main Street across from Woodlands National Bank.  Payments may also be dropped off at City Hall during normal business hours.
