The Building Department is responsible for issuing building permits, inspections, and certificates of occupancy for all building projects within the city limits.  If you are a resident of Blue Hill, Livonia, or Orrock Township, you'll need to contact Sherburne County Zoning at 763-765-4450.
If you are a Baldwin Township resident, please contact them directly at 763-389-8931.

The City of Zimmerman contracts out our building inspection service with Metro West Inspections.  For building code questions or inspections you may contact them at 763-479-1720.
