Do I have to landscape my yard?

Yes, City Code requires all yard areas be landscaped with seed, sod, trees and shrubs.  Many residential developments have private covenants which require yards be landscaped within a set amount of time.  Please review your development covenant documents to ensure compliance. 

Do I have to maintain my yard?

Yes, City Code requires all yards be maintained at a height not to exceed six inches and be free of noxious weeds.
