Administration
This department links all operating departments and all city employees with the City Council. The City Administrator is responsible for implementing Council policies. The Administrator and other members of the department prepare City Council agendas and official minutes and keep the Council informed on issues that affect the City. The Administrator's Office is also responsible for coordinating elections, licensing, data practices, records retention, the City newsletter, cable access channel, electronic information sign, and the City's website.
